Return Policy

Can I return items?

We accept returns or exchanges for yarn in original sale condition within 30 days of your order date. The yarn must be unworn and still attached to its original label. You will be issued a full refund.

How do I return items?

You may return items for store credit after 30 days and before 6 months.

  1. Please include a print-out of your order confirmation email (or provide your name, address, phone number, email, and order number)

  2. A brief note with the reason for your return. Maybe you don’t like it; your project needs to be changed, or whatever your reason is.

  3. Send your package to

  4. Once we receive your return, we will either credit the account you used to make the purchase (refunds usually appear in 3-5 business days), or we will send you an email with your store credit. If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different color, just include a note with your return, and we can skip the refund or store credit step!

    NOTE: You must pay to ship their return unless the items arrive damaged . Please also be sure to insure your return shipment!
